All caregivers registered with Care & Beyond Nurse Registry are independent contractors and are licensed, certified, insured, bonded and level 2 background screened.

Registration Requirements:
(all documents must be the Originals)
- Valid Florida Licenses – RN, LPN, CNA
- Certifies – HHA
- Florida Driver License or ID with photograph
- Proof of Automobile Insurance
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US (e.g.) work permit, permanent resident card, US birth certificate or passport, social security card or driver license
- A medical physical within the last 6 months of registration, signed by a medical Doctor (MD) or Osteopathic Physician and must state that you are free of communicable diseases.
